Simple Steps for a Brighter Bloom

A little care goes a long way. Follow these simple tips to help your soy wax candle burn beautifully.

Trim the wick

Before each burn, trim the wick to about 5 mm for a steadier flame and cleaner burn.

Let the wax melt evenly

For container candles, allow the melt pool to reach close to the edges during the first burn to help reduce tunnelling.

Use a safe surface

Place sculptural candles on a stable, heat-resistant tray or plate, as melted wax may run.

Burn safely

Keep candles away from drafts and flammable objects, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
